Cooking workshop inspired by Mediterranean and Oriental cultures, influenced by Ayurveda, Macrobiotics, and Raw Food. Taught by Pilar, a chef with extensive experience, who will teach us to eat in a balanced and healthy way. At the end, we will taste the food prepared together.

Pilar Lloret is a dietitian, plant-based chef in Suniai Oliva, and natural cooking instructor. Growing up in her coastal village in the Mediterranean near Alicante, she faced digestive issues that led her to question and modify her diet. Independently, Pilar began exploring different foods and reading extensively about nutrition and health. This marked the first step in her learning journey, guided by curiosity.
