Ayurveda for Everyday Life is one of several carefully choosed workshop within Press Pause 2026, Suniai’s own retreat for this summer.
In this practical and approachable workshop, we will explore the basic principles of Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India, and how to apply them in a simple and realistic way in everyday life. Through food, daily rhythms, and small conscious rituals, participants will learn how to better listen to their bodies and care for their energy according to their constitution and current life stage.
A space to understand how the doshas, digestion, and inner balance influence our well-being, and to take home practical tools to cultivate vitality, clarity, and balance from within.
No previous knowledge is required.
Conscious Plant-Based Cooking
A plant-based cooking workshop focused on preparing nourishing, grounding, and easy-to-digest meals. We will cook simple, wholesome dishes while paying attention to ingredients, combinations, and the intention behind the act of cooking.
Beyond recipes, this workshop is an invitation to reconnect with the kitchen as a space for self-care, presence, and enjoyment. Ideal for anyone who wants to integrate a balanced, delicious, and accessible plant-based way of eating into daily life.
