MAJA MÜLLER
Maja Müller studied acting, singing and dance at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen. Since graduating in 2001, she has worked as an actress and singer in various theatres. In the same year she discovered yoga and tried out different yoga styles and yoga became an integral part of her life until she finally trained as a yoga teacher. Today she works as an actress and yoga teacher and teaches yoga in several studios and companies in Karlsruhe, Rastatt and online.
"Yoga is so much more than movement, flexibility or stretching. It is a path. A way of life. Yoga helps you to face the challenges of everyday life more calmly. I firmly believe that yoga makes your life happier and more content and that you can learn a lot about yourself. This connection between body and mind after a yoga practice is something I want to pass on."
